Diversity

Committed to what’s Smart AND what’s Right

Studies have shown that diversity within the workplace promotes innovation and creative problem solving. At Ward Law, we acknowledge the need for greater diversity in many industries, particularly in the field of law. We recognize that fostering a diverse team in an inclusive workspace is good for our business, our clients, and most importantly, our world.

We understand that these efforts must originate from the top.  Jennifer Ward, Ward Law’s owner, is committed to this work.  In addition to lending her voice to the fight for justice, she also serves as co-chair of the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance’s (CLM) Diversity & Inclusion Committee, organizing events to promote CLM’s mission of inclusion.

This commitment extends to hiring practices at Ward Law. We welcome all persons from every race, ethnicity, culture, religion, age, ability, sex, gender identity and sexual orientation to our group. We continually reevaluate our job listings and hiring practices to ensure that all groups feel welcomed and are encouraged to apply.

The work doesn’t end after assembling a diverse workforce. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive work environment where everyone feels safe and respected. We remain vigilant for unconscious bias in our company policy and promotion process. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment or discrimination from any member of our team, under any circumstances.

At Ward Law, we are committed to moving forWARD together.
